Our commitment
winsta.ai ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to the safety of all users on our social media and advertising platform, especially minors. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), harassment, bullying, hate speech, or other harmful conduct. These standards apply across our website and our mobile applications for Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store), including profiles, feeds, direct messaging, and all user-generated content. We publish these safety standards so that users, parents, guardians, and platform partners (including Apple and Google) can understand our approach and hold us accountable.
Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
We maintain and enforce the following standards to prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation:
- Zero tolerance: We prohibit any content or conduct that constitutes or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any related harmful behavior.
- Age restriction: Our services are not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our apps. We take steps to enforce age eligibility at signup and reserve the right to remove accounts that we believe belong to minors.
- Prohibited content and conduct: We do not allow content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way. This includes but is not limited to: CSAM, solicitation of minors, sharing of harmful material involving minors, and any behavior intended to groom or harm children.
- Detection and prevention: We use a combination of technology, human review, and reporting mechanisms to identify and remove violating content and accounts. We cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities when required by law.
- Account and content removal: We remove content that violates these standards and terminate accounts involved in CSAE or other serious safety violations. We may report to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

We encourage users to use in-app reporting for unwanted or harmful messages and to block users when appropriate. We do not read the content of private messages for advertising purposes.
Reporting violations
If you become aware of content or behavior on our services that you believe violates these safety standards (including in feeds, profiles, or direct messages), please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and take action in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
- Use in-app reporting (e.g. report on a post, profile, or conversation) where available
- Email us at the contact addresses below with as much detail as you can provide (e.g. link to content, username, description of the concern). Do not share CSAM or graphic content in your report; describe the concern and provide links or identifiers if safe to do so.
Enforcement and cooperation
We enforce these standards through our terms of use, content policies, and internal procedures. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts, remove content, and report to law enforcement or other authorities when we believe it is required or appropriate. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities in connection with child safety investigations.
Age requirements and parental guidance
Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
